KVKK notice

This notice explains the personal data submitted through the LojikUpgrade website, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

1. Controller and contact

The data controller is LojikUpgrade. Requests about your personal data can be sent to info@lojikupgrade.com.

2. Personal data processed

When you use the contact form we may process your name, company or plant, email, phone number, selected service, message, authority statement and consent. For security and abuse prevention, the IP address may be stored only as a one-way summary.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To receive, assess and answer your request,
• To confirm the scope of service and system ownership or authority,
• To prevent spam, automated submission and abuse,
• To meet legal duties and protect rights.

Data is processed for the specific matter on the basis of explicit consent, steps toward or performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or legitimate interest.

4. Transfers and retention

Contact-form data may be processed technically by the email and hosting providers used to answer the request. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes unless the law requires it. Data is kept for as long as the purpose and legal duties require, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

5. How data is collected

Data is collected electronically through the website contact form, email correspondence and security logs.

6. Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, learn the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to a result of automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.

Your application should include information that confirms your identity and your request. Requests are completed within the period set by law.
